We know summer can't be far away when we begin to get the first garden salads of the season. Food grown in your own dirt is fresher, tastes better, and is better for you. Here's some arugula, carrots, sai sai, komatsuna and onions, dressed for the occasion. They were still in the ground on the same day we ate them.
