By the whey, it's breadtime...

The Main Muse made Greek Yogurt this week, which rendered enough whey for me to make a batch of whey bread. I got a late start baking but this rye loaf with dill and sun-dried tomatoes came out of the oven just in time for our "Spanish supper." 

At our house, a Spanish supper is any meal served after 10 p.m.
