What we're reading at our house...

Erin Stalcup's Every Living Species is one of those books a reader is lucky to meet once in a decade. Well-written, deeply imagined, it speaks to our present travail and reminds us that the future is more and other than anything we hope or fear.

Henry's books.

  1. This sounds awfully good..wish it was in a Kindle version. I might get a used copy soon though.

    1. Me, too, Sharon. My failing eyes can read a large screen much more easily than a wee page. But this one is well worth the paper.

    2. My eyes are pretty similar, I'll bet..some glaucoma and macular degeneration..plus it's nice not to have something light weight to hold. Good to know Every Living Species is worth reading on paper.

    3. oop...meant to say it's nice not to have something heavy to hold!
